Thank you for shopping with Ash & Oak and Southern Coastal Crowns (SoCo). Every item is thoughtfully created, engraved, styled, and packaged with care from our small business in Southwest Florida.

Processing Times

Many of our products are handmade and made-to-order.

  • Ready-to-ship items: typically ship within 2–5 business days
  • Custom engraved items, hats, and personalized orders: typically ship within 5–14 business days
  • During holidays, market season, or large sales events, processing times may be slightly extended

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping speeds and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because many of our items are handmade and customized, slight variations in engraving tone, wood grain, leatherette finish, hat texture, and embellishments are normal and part of the unique character of each piece.

Please double-check personalization details and shipping addresses before placing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once packages are accepted by the shipping carrier, transit times and delivery delays are outside of our control. However, we will always do our best to help if an issue arises.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional postage for reshipment.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders and local events/markets. If available, this option will appear at checkout.
